International Mother Language Day Celebrations:
On 21st February, International Mother Language Day was celebrated by York Bangla School and the York community in York, UK. The event was organized to honor linguistic diversity and to pay tribute to the language martyrs of Bangladesh.

Students performed songs, recited poems, and spoke about the importance of preserving our mother tongue. The celebration brought the community together and reminded everyone that language is a vital part of our identity and heritage.

২১ ফেব্রুয়ারি, আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস York Bangla School এবং York community দ্বারা উদযাপিত হয়। অনুষ্ঠানটি ভাষাগত বৈচিত্র্যকে সম্মান জানাতে এবং Bangladesh এর ভাষা শহীদদের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করতে আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল।

ছাত্রছাত্রীরা গান পরিবেশন করেছে, কবিতা পাঠ করেছে এবং আমাদের মাতৃভাষা সংরক্ষণের গুরুত্ব নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছে। এই উদযাপনটি সম্প্রদায়কে একত্রিত করেছে এবং সবাইকে স্মরণ করিয়েছে যে ভাষা আমাদের পরিচয় এবং ঐতিহ্যের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ।
