Girlguiding North East England Girlguiding North East England has around 45,000 members throughout the Region, and are all part of the fun and adventure of our organisation. Join us!

Girlguiding North East England is just one part of Girlguiding, an organisation of half a million girls and women, which in turn is part of the huge global organisation, the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, which has ten million members. With over 60,000 members in our Region, we are keen to offer the greatest Guiding opportunities possible so even more girls want to be Rainbows, Brownies, Guides or Senior Section members. We're looking for leaders to join a task and finish group to organise our next exciting event for Guides in 2027. Do you have some amazing ideas to share? 💡
The group will take part in approximately six-eight online meetings alongside our region lead volunteer team. This opportunity can also contribute towards the Volunteer section of the Queen's Guide Award requirements, provided you take an active role in the project.

Budgeting for your unit considering all costs.
Managing subs to meet your unit outgoings.
Using Gift Aid and finding other sources of financial support, such as grants.
