Friends of Poppleton Road School - FOPRS FOPRS is a group of parents with the primary aim of raising funds for the pupils of Poppleton Road School. All help and ideas welcome! :-)

The friends of Poppleton Road School provide educational and play equipment to enhance the facilities of the school for your children. In order to achieve this we organise various fundraising and social events throughout the school year (summer & Christmas fairs, quiz nights, bingo nights etc)

Due to the success of these fundraisers we have been able contribute towards or fully fund a whole rang

e of things that have benefitted the Poppy Road children. These include the school discos, magic shows, transport for the Yr6 residential, the outside classroom, playground markings and equipment and much, much more...

FOPRS are always on the lookout for fresh fundraising ideas so please use this page to share your thoughts, we always welcome new faces at the meetings or just simply grab one of us on the playground. It's all very informal, you can be as invoved as you choose :)
