Lovely to also welcome back our leavers from this year to see their friends receive their Gold awards.

36th York Guides enjoyed their requested end of term games night at homestead park until closing. With the play park mostly to themselves the girls had a great time in the sun!

Our local Rainbow (age 4-7) and Brownie (age 7-10) units in Clifton Moor and Rawcliffe have availability for girls starting in September.

Clifton Moor brownies have been building bug hotels as part of their Eco Award.

These bug hotels are in their new homes around the church.

2nd Clifton moor Brownies.
Tonight every girl was invited to bring a friend.
We made a cute owl 🦉
Used team work to protect an egg from breaking, lots of imaginative ideas; using paper, string and lots of sellotape.

Emma is a commissioner for Manor Division, of which Tansy District is part off. Congratulations Emma!

Emma Chester, from York, has been recognised with a British Empire Medal (BEM) in the King’s Birthday Honours for her work as a Brownie and Guide leader, district commissioner, division commissioner and mentor.
