🎶 Exciting news from Emerging Voices! 🎶

This Monday (22 June), six members of our Harrogate Wellbeing Choir will be heading into the recording studio to professionally record original songs they have written as part of a songwriting project with singer-songwriter Esther Clare Griffiths.

Over recent months, participants have worked together to develop their own songs, sharing creativity, experiences and musical ideas in a supportive environment. We're delighted that these songs will now be recorded with Emerging Voices Records.

The finished recordings will be released later this year on the Emerging Voices Records Bandcamp page, so keep an eye on our social media for updates!

A huge thank you to National Lottery Awards for All for funding this project and helping make opportunities like this possible.

🎶 Ever wondered what it's like to sing in a choir?

Join us for a free taster session with the Selby Wellbeing Choir at The Big Communitea in Selby. Whether you're an experienced singer or have never sung in a group before, you'll be warmly welcomed.

Led by conductor Aaron Soon, the session will include fun vocal warm-ups, rounds and songs, followed by a short performance from current choir members.

🎶 Join Emerging Voices at The Great Get Together! 🎶

We're delighted that members of Emerging Voices will be performing at this year's Great Get Together in Harrogate on Friday 20 June.

Come along for an afternoon of live music, world foods, dancing, arts and crafts, storytelling, games and conversation in a welcoming community atmosphere.
