One of the most important messages is that early prostate cancer often has no symptoms at all. So feeling fit and healthy doesn't necessarily mean you shouldn't know your risk.

🩸 WHAT ABOUT A PSA TEST?

A PSA test is a simple blood test that measures the level of prostate-specific antigen in your blood. A raised result doesn't automatically mean cancer, but it can indicate that further investigation may be needed.
Men can speak to their GP about the advantages and disadvantages of having a PSA blood test. Prostate Cancer UK advises men at higher risk, to consider speaking to their GP from age 45.

So this sponsorship comes with one very simple request:
Know your risk. Have the conversation. And encourage the men around you to do the same.

Cycle 42 4 Cancer 2026 completed! ✅

The weather was kind (my saddle wasn’t) and everyone managed to finish the course before it got dark..

Lost BK for a while (or BK lost us) but good old AI sorted the team photo ☺️

Our thanks to Iain and Ken and everyone involved with Cycle 42 and a special thanks to the kind folk at the pit stops, especially our own crew at the Devonshire Arms 💜

The biggest thanks go to everyone who has supported our fundraising efforts for this over the past weeks.
So far our group has amassed nearly £4,300 and we’re still going.
Absolutely astonishing.
Cancer doesn’t stop and we’re not going to either.
