🎖️ 2407 Squadron AGM Round-Up
We held our AGM on Monday 22 June at 2407 Sqn. With an amber heat warning in place, we swapped No2A's for sports kit to keep everyone safe and cool, great call given how warm it was outside!
📊 Cadet Presentations
Some of our cadets gave brilliant presentations on what they've been up to this year:
• DofE — Cdt Douglas
• Charity/Community — Cdt Methi
• Flying/Gliding — Cdt Dobson
• Adventure Training — Cdt Clark
• Military Skills — Cdt T
• BTEC — Sgt Harding

🎖️ A Special Mention
During Monday's AGM, a small group of cadets found themselves without an allocated activity. When asked to come up with an alternative, Cdt Fullick suggested and planned a radio exercise, producing a detailed outline while others were still considering ideas. He then took the lead in preparing the resources and setting up the activity, working alongside the team and Sgt Harding. Although he was later required elsewhere and was unable to take part in the exercise itself, his preparation ensured it ran smoothly.
A great example of initiative, leadership, and effective planning. 👏
