It was great to see those who were at our last networking event. Here's a reminder for our next event our Walk and Talk this Thursday. Details as follows:

Date: Thursday 18th April
Time: 5.30pm
Venue: The Ridings Chipping Sodbury (meet at the Chipping Sodbury Football Club carpark - parking is free)

Happiest New Year to you all 😊

It was great to see those who were there at our Christmas Networking Breakfast & I am very much looking forward to seeing you all at our events throughout the year.

Our networking event next week is as follows:

New Year Network Breakfast with Guest Speakers
Date: Thursday January 25th
Time: 9am – 10.30am (9am arrival for 9.30am start)
Venue: Elizabeth Suite, Goldney House, Chipping Sodbury High Street
Guest Speakers: Gabrielle Wilson (DipPFS) from Kinherit - Intelligent Wills to protect your family / Sue Marchant from Cool Ventures
Cost: Free (teas, coffees & pastries also included)

What a fantastic Christmas Breakfast Network event this morning with James, Sue, Gabrielle, Nicola, Simon, Indya, Tilly, Angie, Colin and Carly (big welcome to new faces this morning too 😍 )

It was BRILLIANT to catch up and discuss plans for 2024. We have some exciting ideas and great events with guest speakers coming up, so keep your eyes peeled..

SAVE THE DATES - January 25th, April 18th, August TBC (Social), September 19th & December 12th .

All local businesses are welcome to join us 😊

⭐ SYBA CHRISTMAS NETWORKING BREAKFAST ⭐

I can’t believe it’s almost Christmas time already 🎄 .. time flies! Which brings me nicely onto the below invite..

We would love for you to join us all for our SYBA Christmas Networking Breakfast on Thursday 7th December at Chipping Sodbury Golf Club, meeting at 9am for networking followed by full English breakfast at 9.30am (veggie option available – please advise), tea and coffee station also included.

⭐ SUMMER NETWORKING EVENT - SYBA Summer Buffet ⭐

Join sole traders, freelancers and businesses from Yate, Chipping Sodbury and surrounding areas for a leisurely and sociable afternoon Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club - Bristol, The Ridings on Friday 11th August.

We will have a relaxed afternoon at the Ridings cricket fields where CSCC are also hosting a 'Sponsors Day' game of cricket (so a great opportunity to meet other businesses too.)

Location: Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club, The Ridings (Free Car Park at CSCC)
Time: from 13:00 until 17:00
Cost: £10pp (includes buffet and first drink)

⭐ NETWORKING EVENT - SYBA Walk 'n' Talk ⭐

Join sole traders, freelancers and businesses from Yate, Chipping Sodbury and surrounding areas for a leisurely and sociable walk and talk on Thursday 25th May.

We will have a relaxed walk around the Ridings sports fields and enjoy a sociable drink after in the Squire.

If you can’t make the walk but would like to meet us for a drink in the Squire, we’ll see you there at 18:00

Location: The Ridings (Free Car Park at Chipping Sodbury Town Football Club)
Meet: at 17:00 to set off at 17:05.

We're having a summer buffet and you're invited! If you are a local business or freelancer why not come along on Thursday 14th July?

This event is free to attend in collaboration with the Chipping Sodbury Chamber of Commerce, but you will need to register your place for catering purposes.

The cash bar will be open serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

This is a friendly get-together and the Cricket Club is kindly providing the venue.

There's no doubt that getting to know other local businesses and freelancers is still one of the best ways to move your business forward, so why not meet us in person on Tuesday May 24th for our walk and talk networking event?

We'll meet at The Ridings car park (Chipping Sodbury Football Club) at 4.30pm. After our stroll, we'll end up at The Squire on the High Street for drinks at approximately 5.30.

If you'd like to join us for drinks but can't make the walk, we look forward to seeing you in the pub garden!
