Cup of Caring Our aim is to give carers a break by offering activities and topics to entertain those cared for, so that carers can meet and chat to other people.

An activity of Hub Community Project, Cup of Caring meets on the second and last Thursday of every month, from 10.30 am until noon at the Hub. Our aim is to give carers a break by offering activities and topics to entertain their cared for so that carers can meet and chat to other people. Each fortnight there is a theme for which we have reminiscence resources, mainly provided by the library, but also by people in the group.
