Whilst the application for change of use is still live with Wrexham Planning we have woken to the news that Oak Alyn Hall will go to auction in April

We will bring you all of the updates as we have them but it’s not over just yet

The Victorian property is being offered for sale just three weeks after Home Office decision

There is still time to submit objections and raise concerns with the planning authority.

Please note that the change-of-use planning application is still progressing. If approved, it would likely prompt the Home Office to reconsider and potentially restart proposals to use Oak Alyn Hall to house people seeking asylum.
