Record numbers in my chair exercise class, in partnership with The Little Learning Company Limited, this morning, 14 in the room 🙌

This class has been running for nearly a year now and the consistency from this group is brilliant. And such a fun group to instruct 🤩

12/13 attendees most weeks building strength, mobility and confidence with a great atmosphere, and plenty of laughs along the way.

☕✨ What a Lovely Morning at the Hub! ✨☕

A huge thank you to The Little Learning Company Limited for joining us at our weekly coffee morning and hosting such a fantastic upcycling session ♻️🎨

Everyone had a brilliant time, and the session with Zoe was a real highlight — relaxed, creative, and so enjoyable. It was lovely to see everyone getting involved and sharing such a positive morning together 💛

We’re really hoping to welcome them back again very soon!

Menopause can feel overwhelming, confusing and lonely at times — but you don’t have to go through it alone. This group is all about open conversations, shared experiences, learning together and supporting one another through every stage of the journey.
