Celebrating Young Voices: Skyla & Ella Shine at Public Speaking Training!

We are delighted to celebrate Skyla Austin and Ella Branthwaite for representing us at the Senedd Public Speaking Training Programme on 9th February at the Guildhall, Wrexham.
The free programme, developed by Wrexham University for young people aged 11–21, focused on building confidence and communication skills. Participants learned how to identify and showcase their strengths, structure and deliver engaging speeches, use persuasive techniques, manage nerves and present with confident body language.

Skyla and Ella fully embraced the opportunity, actively taking part and developing valuable skills that will support them in future leadership and public speaking opportunities.
We are incredibly proud of you both – a fantastic achievement! 👏

Voices Make Change

Are you aged 11- 25 and have a connection to Wrexham? If YES, please take a moment to support the Senedd yr Ifanc by completing our surveys. By scanning this QR code, it will take you to our Link Tree and the surveys can be found under ‘Voices Make Change’.

All answers are anonymous and will be used to provide a greater understanding of young people’s views on the issues being worked on by the Senedd yr Ifanc.
