🎄✨ **Youth Club Update** ✨🎄

Parents and guardians, just a quick note: we’ve been told that a child who came to Acton Jrs youth club last night has since shown symptoms of chickenpox, and their school has mentioned there are quite a few cases going around at the moment.

As chickenpox is very contagious, we kindly ask that any young people showing symptoms don’t attend tonight’s Christmas trip so we can keep everyone safe and healthy. If you child is not attending the trip due to this, please let the team know on [email protected] or by calling 01978310984 and choosing the option to talk to the youth team.

We’re really looking forward to celebrating together this evening 🎅🎁 — thank you for helping us make sure it’s a fun and safe time for all! 💙

Acton Youth Clubs (Jr&Snr)
Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, we have to shut both services tonight. An extra session has been put in place to make up for this in the form of a Christmas trip for all young people that attend the clubs, for which details will follow shortly.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, it is always our last resort to close any of our Youth work sessions, but in this case we couldn’t help it.

***Acton Youth Club IMPORTANT *** TRIP INFORMATION
On Wednesday young people accessing the Acton Youth Clubs were given information about the upcoming trip funded by Acton Community Council but there were some regular attendees that were not at the club this week that deserve to join in on our end of summer trip, but as they were not there they didn't get the information/forms for the upcoming ZIP WORLD Forest Coaster trip on the 4th October and the deadline for letting us know if they want to come or not is TOMORROW morning. if you (or your child) usually access the club and want to come on the trip, please get in touch with AMY the youth worker ASAP. Her contact details are [email protected], and her work mobile number is 07874076216. you can text, call, whatsapp with your name, youth club you usually attend, your address, parent contact details so we can send the forms out or contact your parents.
The consent forms can come back in next week, but we have to have final numbers by Friday Morning so please let us know ASAP.
