30 men sat down in Wrexham tonight, 5 made the step for the first time.

The overall theme was people wanting to get support and help themselves, but also to support others, and help each other through which is amazing to see.

Thanks to Sue and Caroline for our treats of cake, they were amazing and gave the lads a real boost.

We welcomed 30 men through the doors at Wrexham tonight, with 2 for the very first time

It was a great session and a safe space for everyone to share whatever they need to.

Fueled by some lovely cake from Caroline we had a great night.

Q5 was what is your ideal pet? We had a range of unusual options, as well dogs and cats, mine was a honey badger!

Thanks to the 32 men who came along tonight, 1 for the first time.

It was a mixed night of emotions, with some highs and lows, but everyone left feeling a bit lighter.

Fueled by some sausage rolls and pizzas, and some lovely cake we all had a great supportive night.
