We are experiencing high volumes of messages and emails at the moment. Please understand this is completely out of our control and we are monitoring the weather very closely. We have sent emails out and are replying to the majority of messages as best we can

The amount of hard work we put into one day of the year is very upsetting when the British weather in June is looking like it’s going to be a wipe out.

Please understand we can’t give all the answers at the moment and we understand stall holders want to prep for the day but we just can’t look into the future and say the weather is going to be ok.

As a committee we are monitoring the weather and will be making a decision by FRIDAY 5th JUNE AT 11am however if we feel a decision may be decided sooner then we will to give everyone enough notice.

As we prepare for Durrington Festival Day on 6th June, we kindly ask everyone to show patience and respect to our volunteer team, marshals, local residents and organisers ❤️

Road closures will only be in place for a short period of time to help keep everyone safe during the event. We understand delays can be frustrating, but this is a community celebration that happens just once a year — and the closures are expected to last for around one hour only.

Our team work incredibly hard behind the scenes, giving up their own time to bring something special to Durrington for everyone to enjoy. A smile, a little patience and a bit of kindness really do go a long way.

Apologies from the festival team

I gave our director one job. Just one. To send an email to all our 2026 traders to let them know timings of the day as we were receiving a high volume of emails asking. However the software glitched and it sent out an email to our 2025 and 2026 traders! Jack sent another one trying to explain this but it’s caused even more confusion 😂

To our 2026 traders.

Set up is from 9am with no vehicle movement after 11.50am
Drive onto the field where you will be greeted by 2 members of the committee. Check in with the girls and then you will be directed to your pitch. In busier times you may have to wait in the holding bay for a short while

Unfortunately we have had to make the decision to not have parking on the field. It is a first come first serve basis for the church and pond lane car park

If you are a 2026 trader all information is in the first email. If you have not booked this year and were a 2025 trader the second email applies to you. Confusing I know. Waking up to 15+ emails and trying to go through each one

We are very excited for next week. This time next week the gates will be open and stalls will have started setting up. The stage will be being blown up and the team running around 🤪

Emails have been sent out regarding set up times, parking and everything in between. However any questions pop them over

As you can imagine the team are very busy at the moment finalising the details so please be patient for a reply.

Stalls sold out last week so expect a busy one this year
