Calm your mind and open your heart with an evening of Kirtan at the Heene.
Kirtan is an ancient form of Bhakti yoga, combining meditation with live music. You can participate by
singing or you can just relax and listen.
Kelly Jarvis is a leading Brighton-based Kirtan practitioner.
For this kirtan she is accompanied by Marc Clayton (tabla) John Buckley (guitar) and, taking a break from making cappuccinos, Lucy from the café on flute.
Saturday 27th June, 6.30 - 8.30pm

A fantastic session with Jo from 💜

Jo’s Lift & Laugh classes are designed specifically for ladies looking to build strength, improve fitness and stay independent as they get older.

The sessions focus on functional fitness, helping with everyday movements such as standing up from a chair, lifting shopping, reaching high shelves, improving balance and reducing the risk of falls. Plus, there’s plenty of fun along the way!

With small class sizes, Jo is able to provide extra support and guidance where needed, making the classes welcoming and suitable for all abilities.
