Our purpose isn't to just observe nature, it's to become part of it.

The modern system has pulled us away from our origins, but the connection is still there.

This is about stepping back into the wild to maintain the natural equilibrium we were always intended to be a part of.

When we live as nature intended, everything will start to restore.

The industrial system wasn’t built for us to thrive it was built for dependency.

Primal Pathways 2026 is an all-in year-long journey. This isn't just about survival; it's about building the competence and community required to live with true autonomy. From mastering the wild larder to quieting the internal noise, we are returning to a way of life that has always existed.

We run two distinct paths for Men and Women, moving through the full cycle of the seasons together.

One year. One tribe. Total transformation.

Applications for the new cycle are now open. Click the link below or visit my website in the bio to read the full itinerary and secure your place on the path.

Primal Pathways 2026: A Year of Connection and Competence

If you feel like life has become too disconnected and you want to reclaim your sense of purpose and capability, this is for you.

Primal Pathways is a year-long journey for men and women who want to stop being spectators and start building a life of real competence.

What the year looks like:
From foraging and butchery to traditional crafts and food preservation.

Learning to quiet the mind and act with intention rather than impulse.

We run dedicated groups for men and women throughout the year, coming together at the end to integrate everything we’ve learned.

We start soon and follow the seasons. If you're ready to commit to life changing transformation and want to learn what you're truly capable of, the links to the full itinerary

The Sussex Trawler Fishing Ban

27/04/2026

There is nothing quite like the feeling of opening a hive. When you’re standing there in the middle of thousands of bees, their 250Hz frequency actually puts you into a a trance and completely in the present moment.

Beekeepers statistically have the longest life expectancy of any job. Between breathing in the propolis (the hive's natural antibiotic) and the occasional sting resetting your immune system, it’s a massive health boost.

The reality is we’ve lost 13 species of bees in the UK in the last century and most "honey" in the shops is just imported sugar syrup. Real honey is a living food, full of enzymes and local pollen.

Take the time to find a local keeper or, better yet, look into keeping them yourself.

Seaweeds you can forage

Your garden is currently growing a superfood.

Dandelions are the ultimate symbol of resilience. They are a medicine, a gourmet meal and a childhood memory all wrapped in yellow.

While the shops charge £7 for Dandelion Root Coffee, the earth provides it for free.

Here is how we take the whole plant into the kitchen:

1. Dandelion Root Coffee: Dig the roots, wash and peel. Roast them in a pan until dark and fragrant. Grind and steep in boiling water. It’s rich, earthy, and caffeine-free.

2. Dandelion Flower Fritters: Whisk up a light batter (flour, sparkling water and a pinch of my sea salt). Dip the flower heads in a frying pan until golden and crunchy.

3. Dandelion 'Spaghetti': Use the stems and young leaves. Blanch them for 60 seconds or pan-fry with garlic.

4. Wildflower Honey: Steep the yellow petals in water for 24 hours. Strain, add raw cane sugar and simmer until thick and golden.

My secret sea salt recipe, would you believe it just comes straight from the sea 🤪😆
