Two of our Production Assistants worked with work coaches Sam and Klare, who eventually helped them settle into a new job with us! 🍿

Now they're ready to find work for their next clients.

We can't recommend them enough. ✨

Do you know an autistic individual struggling to find sustainable work? 💖

This could due to anxieties around CV writing, interview nerves, searching for that right job or finding a supportive workplace.

We have dedicated employment coaches here to help autistic individuals navigate the barriers that are affecting them in finding work.

We can also support you through training, volunteering and building confidence.

Throwback to when our official ACE Popcorn uniform arrived! 🍿

Seeing it for the first time was when it all started to feel real. We wanted our Production Assistants to feel valued and part of a growing team, so getting this right was essential.

Something they'd be proud to wear, and wasn't too heavy to wear from a sensory perspective.

We think we pulled it off! ✨

"I've learned a lot about myself in ways I never thought of"

We recently spoke to Aaran about his journey in applying for the role and the positive impact ACE Popcorn has had on his life. 🍿

During the interview, Aaran shared:

"The Employment team were helpful as Klare helped me with my CV and interview style questions and Sam helped me find jobs outside of Autism East Midlands until ACE Popcorn came about."

It made us so happy hearing Aaran talk about the support he received from the Employment Team and how he's been enjoying working at ACE Popcorn.
