West Worcester Beacon St Philip & St James, Hallow
Christ Church, Lower Broadheath
St Bartholomew's, Grimley
St Martin's, Holt It was consecrated on 4th May 1869.

We are warm and friendly family Churches, and love to welcome all who visit us. We believe that God is active in this world and that none of us are complete until we know His healing love in our hearts. We invite you to join our fellowship as we explore together what God has planned for our lives through our journey into wholeness. We would love to welcome you to share worship in fellowship with us at our regular services. Our aim is to offer a wide spectrum of both modern and traditional worship that provides for all ages so that we can come to worship God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The earliest church in Hallow was a small stone building on the bank above the River Severn. Nash, the Worcestershire historian, says that it had Saxon masonry over the north door. The present building, however, was built mostly from local sandstone brought from a quarry at Holt. It is a good example of Victorian-Gothic architecture, in the style of the 13th-14th Centuries.

What stories are happening around you? πŸ’¬

Following conversations with people across our local community, we've put together four free, practical Skills Sharing Workshops this autumn, and everyone is welcome.

Our next session is all about finding the stories behind your church, community group, local organisation or business, and turning them into content people want to engage with.

We'll look at how to spot stories in everyday activities, interview people, create engaging videos and make the most of the events and activities you're already running.

We'll cover:
πŸ’¬ Finding stories in everyday activities
πŸ‘₯ Interviewing people effectively
❀️ Creating content people care about
πŸŽ₯ Finding stories worth filming
πŸ“Έ Making events work harder on social media
πŸ”„ Turning one event into multiple pieces of content

Bring a notebook, laptop or iPad and think of an event, group or activity you're involved with in the community, and we'll show you how to find stories from it together.
