We need your help – just 5 minutes to share your view.

We’re looking to understand better how people perceive the role of a trustee, whether that’s in general or within a youth organisation like the RAF Air Cadets.

Each RAF Air Cadets squadron is a charity, run by a volunteer committee. We’re working to improve how we support and recruit trustees – and your insights will make a difference.

You don’t need to know anything about the organisation. You’re not signing up for anything – just offering a quick, honest perspective.

On Monday we welcomed back to the Sqn ex 187 cadet now Wing Commander Jimmy Owens and his family who now serves with the Royal Australian Air Force. We had an insightful talk about the roles of air intelligence officers and had a brief introduction to some tasks and exercises required in the role. We also saw potential pathways in RAF careers and what opportunities there are in the military. Commandant Air Cadets West Mercian Wing ATC
