Our recent Manchester event was amazing! We had the pleasure of having one of our amazing coaches Kate Taylor who helped us understand boundary setting with our family and friends.

We then had some amazing products and the amazing FTIO who has some amazing products that can help those with chronic pain & inflammation. From The Inside Out
