A new vision for walking, wheeling and cycling in South Worcestershire is here!

We have now published the South Worcestesrhire Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans (LCWIPs), setting out a long-term vision to make it safer, easier and more attractive to travel around Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Pershore and Worcester on foot, by wheelchair or by bike.

Shaped by feedback from local residents and community groups, the plan will help guide future investment opportunities and support healthier, more sustainable journeys across the three towns and the city of Worcester..

🌿 September walks are here!

I hope everyone is having a lovely Bank Holiday weekend and managed to enjoy some fresh air between the showers! 🌦️🥾

We’ve got five lovely Wednesday evening walks planned for September, exploring some favourite routes around Worcester before the evenings get darker — and as always, there’ll be plenty of fresh air, good company and chats along the way.

🌿 Happy Bank Holiday weekend, everyone!

I hope you're all having a lovely weekend. Have you managed to squeeze in any walks between the showers? 🌦️🥾

I managed a pretty dry 7 miles yesterday while at a music festival — and, expecting lots of mud, I even wore my walking boots! 😂

As it turned out, the ground was absolutely rock hard… so perhaps a little over-prepared! But at least my walking boots got an outing. 🥾😂

Yesterday, we enjoyed a lovely walk starting at Kyndfolk, crossing the Kypax Bridge and heading towards the city centre. We then crossed the Sabrina Bridge and followed the riverside path through Pitchcroft — one of my favourite river loops. 🌿

Thank you all for the lovely company and chats along the way. 😊
