Worcester Food Rescue is an entirely volunteer run, not for profit organisation dedicated to diverting end of shelf life, but still safe to eat, food products from landfill. Launched in April 2017 by volunteers from the Old North Stables Teaching Garden and Transition Worcester's Gleaning Group, we are currently seeking more volunteers to help collect donated products from local supermarkets, and

From time to time Worcester Food Rescue distributes pet food (on request of the Blue Cross). Two pallets of dry dog food arrived on Thursday. All is now distributed to various animal rescue charities and individuals needing a helping hand around Worcester. A sincere thank you to all of our volunteer distributors.
