Worcester Community Farm A welcoming and inclusive city farm that connects people with animals and horticulture to grow a healthy community (farming, friendship, food and fun).

To provide residents of Worcestershire the opportunity to access learning, training, work and play in a productive agricultural environment. We will particularly welcome people who are in some way vulnerable or excluded and provide support. We will provide a therapeutic place that encourages connections with self and others. OBJECTIVES:

1. To be a place which is inclusive, welcoming and purposefu

l.
2. To promote and to demonstrate the best possible practice in livestock care and welfare.
3. To engage people with the food production process and to encourage a healty diet which includes local and seasonal produce.
4. To facilitate increased self-sufficiency and personal resilience.
5. To provide community outreach particularly focussing on socially deprived areas and vulnerable individuals.
