Green tea is considered to be one of the healthiest drinks available.

Some of the benefits of drinking it could include:

πŸ’š It's rich in antioxidants to protect against cell damage
πŸ’š It can improve cognitive function
πŸ’š It may help you lose weight
πŸ’š It's good for your heart

As with all of our wellbeing tips, we recommend seeking medical advice before making any lifestyle changes, but if you want to give green tea a try:

πŸ’š Drink one to three cups each day, keeping in mind that it may contain caffeine
πŸ’š Use water that's been boiled, then allowed to cool slightly
πŸ’š Brew it for two to three minutes
πŸ’š If you're not keen on the taste, try it with mint, lemon, ginger or jasmine added
πŸ’š Wait 30 to 60 minutes after eating to drink it to avoid losing any essential nutrients
