an be. Feeding it forward: Quite simply, we believe in helping others. We know that buying food is the single biggest financial pressure for rescue centres and animal shelters so we created Harry’s to generate the funds to relieve this pressure. In doing so we are helping not only our four legged friends in the UK but those abroad that are also in need. Harry’s brand of altruism knows no borders and understands rescuing animals is a world-wide effort in which everyone can play their part. Who we work with? We have teamed up with a number of rescue centres in the UK and Europe – these are our charity partners. These partners share our vision and help us to distribute the food that Harry’s profits buy, to animals in need. The other people we work with is of course, you. Without our loyal customers buying Harry’s pet food we wouldn’t be able to generate the funds to help even one rescue animal. Emergency food fund – how it works
When you buy your bag of Harry’s pet food you can select for the profit you have generated to go to one of our charity partners or to our emergency food fund. This is a fund set up to help shelters and rescue centres requiring almost immediate support. This may be a centre that has recently rescued a large number of animals and needs short-term assistance to feed them all before they begin the rehoming process. Any animal welfare charity can apply to this fund and we pride ourselves on our prompt responses to these applications.
