The aim of Daisychain Benevolent Fund Trust is to help those suffering within the community by supporting local charities that operate in the area. The charities that we support do not operate their own charity shops due to resources, knowledge or written constitution. By working closely with our nominated charities we are able to make a positive additional contribution to the work of their organi
sations. At Daisychain Benevolent Fund Trust, we work with our nominated partners, Teenage Cancer Trust and six local Children’s Hospital Wards across the West Midlands, to fund new medical equipment, refurbishment of wards, community support care, specialist nurses, training and development and much more. The Trust funds are raised through the Daisychain Benevolent Fund Ltd chain of shops and an array of fundraising events and volunteer projects. We welcome you to join our endeavours aimed at making the community a better place. Daisychain Benevolent Fund is a registered not for profit organisation, which since its foundation in 2003 has donated all the proceeds to help support local causes. The Daisychain Benevolent Fund Trust, a registered UK charity has been the custodian of this grant fund, ensuring the fulfilment of the objectives of the organisation. The focus of Daisychain Benevolent Fund has always been to maximise the funds raised by strict control of costs and proactive community involvement. Over the years many projects have been funded, such as Air Ambulance operational costs, Helicopter Base Refurbishment, Children’s Bereavement Services, Macmillan Nurses, Macmillan Information Centres, Inshore River Rescue and Water Safety Awareness in Schools. We appreciate any and all help that you have provided to us. Without your help, we wouldn’t be in the position we are today to be able to help so many people, so thank you.
