A blooming lovely opportunity! 🌺

Calling all Flower Arrangers / Florists! 💐

The Cathedral Flower Guild is looking to recruit new members to join the wonderful team of talented flower arrangers.

Do you currently belong to a Flower Guild or floristry group or have a floral talent and want to do more? Come and join the Cathedral Flower Guild.

The weekly/annual rota means each voluntary member will arrange flowers four times a year mainly on Friday mornings, with further opportunities to be more involved in festivals/weddings/fundraisers/committee objectives and other floral events.

Each week there is a Team Leader who will guide decisions re colours etc. That team will comprise three arrangers for three arrangements, so one each. Initially you will shadow one of the team for a few weeks until you feel confident to strike out on your own.

It's a friendly, approachable bunch who support each other and allow for creativity to shine through, particularly welcoming new ideas!

If you would like to give it a go please contact, Mel Weston (Guild Secretary) on 07968 380703.
