At Vivant Care, extraordinary living is shaped by the little details, and today’s menu celebrates one of our favourites.

Working closely with our culinary team, gardener James has lovingly grown an abundance of fresh produce from seed in our kitchen garden. Today, that harvest is making its way straight to the plate, transformed into delicious dishes by Sous Chef Bartosz and Head Chef Hayden.

🥗 From crisp radishes and vibrant salad leaves to tomatoes, peppers, beans, courgettes, pak choi and fragrant herbs, our garden is already flourishing. And this is just the beginning.

🌱 With exciting plans to expand the garden in the months ahead, James is helping create a garden-to-table experience that brings freshness, flavour and seasonality to every meal.
