Hi all, we will be holding the next Free Newly Diagnosed event alongside the NHS MS specialist nurse team on Wednesday, 10 June, 9.30-3pm at St Peter’s Baptist Church, Eden Close, WR5 3TZ.

We have an amazing and engaging agenda, including exercise and wellbeing, the gut and MS, bladder health, a consultant neurologist with your MS specialist nurse team, and MS society volunteers on hand. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Hello everyone! 🧡

Hope For The Community CIC is offering an online self-management program for people living with MS. The Hope Programme is a 6-week online course designed to help you enhance resilience, rediscover strengths, and increase coping skills.

The program was co-created with people living with MS, healthcare professionals, and researchers at Coventry University. It includes quizzes, worksheets, video materials and interactive activities.

You can access the program on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone at a pace and time that suits you. The course will be facilitated by trained individuals who also live with MS.

The next session begins tomorrow, September 24th 2025.
