Good Boost Aqua Sessions now running at Perdiswell Leisure Centre!

Enhance your movement and overall wellbeing with Good Boost. A low impact, supportive water-based programme designed for people with musculoskeletal conditions and/or mobility limitations.

📍 Perdiswell Leisure Centre - Thursdays - 10.15-11am
🆕 First time attendees, please arrive by 9.30am for your introduction and set up

✨ What's included;
* Personalised exercised powered by a computer tablet and AI technology
* Guided by qualified fitness instructors and coaching team
* Low impact, joint-friendly sessions - no swimming ability required.

💴 Cost - £6.50 for members and non-members

Taking place annually, the Challenge encourages children aged 4 to 11 to keep reading during the summer holidays.

Children’s reading can ‘dip’ during the long summer holidays if they don’t have regular access to books and encouragement to read for pleasure. The Summer Reading Challenge helps by regularly reaching over 700,000 children each year, motivating them to visit their local library and keep reading during the holidays, and in turn helping them to maintain their reading skills and confidence.
