Rules of Chunfest.
1- Chunfest will provide a camping tent for any people travelling from abroad ( Upon request )
but we request all our participants to bring their own sleeping bag. The breakfast is included in the ticket price for the duration of the event, however, lunch and diner
is not included. There is a large convenient store 10 minutes drive from the venue and i'm confident it will be
fairly easy to catch a ride to the supermarket. Please make sure to bring sufficient money to buy all your supplies.
2 - Chunfest is an event where martial artist from all around the globe spend some time training
and exchanging ideas in a friendly atmosphere, however, being a event specialised in Martial Arts,
Chunfest is requesting and expecting every participant to be fully insured against injuries
through a recognised martial art insurance body. The participant will need to be insured for the full duration of the event.
2a- Chunfest will not be liable for any injuries sustained by any participant during the event.
3 - The venue provides facilities for personal hygiene and is insured for the safe usage of these
facilities.
3a - It will be the participant responsibility to respect these facilities and to report to Chunfest any
damages.
3b- The participant could be asked to pay for any damages or deterioration and the cost for the repairs
of the facilities if it's the result from a deliberate or accidental damages following the disrespect or
misuse of these facilities.
4 - Chunfest is an organic event where people get together and make friends amongst fellow
Martial artists, so please keep a friendly attitude towards your fellow martial artist.
4a - If a disagreament occurs and a relationship breakdown is a result of it, we recommending o stay
away for the person until the end of the event.
4b - It would be possible to challenge a person either friendly or less friendly but it must be reported to
Chunfest first.
4c - Chunfest retains all the rights to approve or disapprove every challenges. Any challenges made outside Chunfest approval will most certainly result with both participants being
remove from the event.
4d -Any deliberate fights will result with an immediate removal of both participants from the event and
could result with a very long ban from the event.
5 - Chunfest is expecting evey participants to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards
everyone else, any discrimination towards others will be treated seriously and could be reported to
the authorities. Chunfest is expecting all participants to have read these rules for they have been made to guaranty,
safe and enjoyable time for all it's participants. Chunfest team is looking forward to see you there and wishes you a great time!
