Huge thank you to our friends over in Much Wenlock for an amazing weekend of storytelling, book fairs, music, dancing and arts and culture our team had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed helping bring light the the darkeness.

Today our Bill and Maria joined the wonderful Jo to deliver a workshop with a group of children at Much Wenlock Primary School as part of the community engagement for Get A Word In Edgeways Storytelling

In preparation for this weekends festival. We are delighted to be bringing a lantern parade as part of the festival on Saturday evening - hope to see you there!

Part of this work is helping create a bridge of creativity and finding commonality between our urban and rural communities. All humans together!

We are delighted to be working with our friends in Much Wenlock helping bring the light to the festival with a parade!

We've had such fun today working with some of the local children who have made their own willow lanterns - still time to sign up to carry one of our bigger lanterns too!

Plus we'll be running some pre parade workshops where you can create a small lantern or noise maker - coz parades have to have lots of noise!

See you there!

Anyone Wolverhampton who may want to join us please shout up we can potentially offer support with travel arrangements but we need to know Friday 9th by 1pm at the latest. Hoping to reduce our environmental impact by car sharing and getting as many people over as possible.
