You’ll be supporting young adults with a variety of support needs, helping them build independence and live life to the fullest. If you’re compassionate, a great listener, and enjoy making a positive difference, we’d love to hear from you!

📚 No experience? No NVQ? No problem!
At Hayward Care Group, we believe in developing our staff and creating a supportive team environment. Full training will be provided, giving you everything you need to succeed in your role.

We’re Hayward Community Care — a small, dedicated team of local carers who are truly passionate about what we do. Since opening our doors in May 2013, we’ve been proud to support people in our community to stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes 🏡

We know that inviting someone into your home for support is a big step. That’s why we don’t just “provide care” — we take the time to really get to know you. Your routines, your preferences, your story… because care should always feel personal, not rushed or clinical.

We can support with:
• Personal care
• Medication support & management
• Help with daily routines

We also accept local authority funding, helping make our support accessible to more people who need it.
