🎃Our next fabulous, fun, cheeky Pringo night all to raise much needed funds for the cats and kittens in our care😺🐾

💥2027 CALENDAR TIME💥

We know it's only August, but it's time to start thinking about our calendar for 2027.

The calendars are a fabulous fundraiser for us and you have all supported us brilliantly year on year, so let's make this year's the best ever 🥰

Please get involved in our calendar by simply posting your gorgeous kitties very best clear photo or photos along with their name in the below comments. They can be ex LPCH kitties or from any other feline rescue, we can't wait to see all of your little beauties 😍

As always there is no fee to send in photo's but donations are very much appreciated, these can be made if you wish to do so to paypal [email protected] using the friends and family option or by direct bank transfer to Little Paws, 20-45-45, 60078433 🐾

We will choose 5 to feature in the calendar each month plus an overall cover star 🌟 . Calendar boys and girls will be announced in October once final proof is agreed, so be sure to get those fabulous photos in by 25th September 🐾

Happy Sunday everyone ❤️❤️

This young lady is Elsie. She turned up outside a fosterers home, begging for food, very thirsty, dirty, and crying to get in anyone's house who would open the door during the very hot weather 😭 She was wearing a thick, hard dog collar that had rubbed the fur off her chest and neck 😭

She was obviously let inside, checked over, cooled, fed and watered, Dog collar removed and taken to our vets. She had a chip, registered to over a mile from where found - but the owner has signed her over to us, apparently its not the first time she has 'wandered' and we were told last time she was found tethered to a lamp post 😭

She is 1 year old, spayed, absolutely gorgeous, very friendly, loves fuss, litter trained, and will be ready to find her forever home once she has her second vaccination.

*URGENT MISSING CATS *

Following the horrendous fire in Stourbridge, these beautiful cats are still missing.

Can everyone in the surrounding area please check all gardens/sheds/outbuildings. If they are spotted please contact the numbers on the posters urgently advising where the cat/cats are seen.

Please do not try and chase them to catch them as they are going to be terrified and will flee.

We hope these beautiful babies are reunited with their distraught families asap ❤️

Our loving thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the devastating fire in Stourbridge

Especially to those who have lost their homes or have been forced to leave them, and everyone whose lives have been disrupted, this is truly heartbreaking 💔.

Please stay safe everyone, possessions and things can be replaced but lives can not 😢

A huge thank you to our wonderful emergency services and everyone working along side them to keep people safe.

Thinking of the Stourbridge community tonight.

Although we are bursting at the seams please reach out if you need our help we will try our very best where we possibly can 💔 🐾

We had a very sad message a few days ago - with a happy ending ❤️❤️❤️

A lady who loved her 2 cats and a rabbit had become too unwell to care for them properly. She had hidden this from everyone who knew her, until her one elderly cat had fallen from a window, and had to be taken to the vets.

Her children then realised what was happening, stepped in, and had to remove all three, though with absolutely no idea where they would take them. Everyone had high prey dogs, so the situation was urgent. We were unable to help with the cats immediately, but our lovely Jess was able to temporarily care for the rabbit, (named Stew 🙈), over night.

We have close ties with a wonderful small animal rescue in Kidderminster, called Greatfield Small Animal Rescue, who very kindly moved heaven and earth to get this little chap in to safety, so he can be rehabilitated and rehomed.

The family were able to secure a new home for the 2 cats as well, so within 24 hours, all 3, plus their very unwell owner, had been rescued from a very sad situation, ready for all of their new happy futures.

Thank you to everyone involved, including of course our Jess and Kev, Lyndsey and family at GSAR, Cavan vets and this ladies children and friends, everyone working together for this happy ending ###

This lovely lady is Wendy Williams 💔 She has been a follower of ours for many years, and her son Phil is part of our team, following his adoption of Stanley a few years ago. Wendy was unable to have cats at her home, so she spent a lot of time fussing her old cat Hollie at Phil's, then Stanley and Archie, she was a true cat lover ❤️

Wendy very sadly passed away suddenly a few weeks ago, so her lovely family, Phil and Louise, with her partner Pete, set up a Go Fund me and had a collection for us at her funeral. They have sent us an amazing £781 for the cats and kittens in our care.

Our thoughts and prayers go to Wendy's family and friends, and thank you all so much for thinking about us at this very sad time. Wendy always helped us when she was able, and has helped us again now ❤️💔❤️

Rest in Peace till we all meet again Wendy, look after all the cats in heaven for us. Good night, God bless ###x

Come and see us at Maywood Independant Living, Planks Lane, Wombourne.

We've got our tombola, and theres loads of lovely stalls. Its been so busy, its taken till now to dash outside for a signal to put a post on! We are raising funds for Little Paws, and helping Maywood - which is my second home currently, as my Auntie lives here - its a lovely place ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic night at Goodyear Pavillion last night at our Pringo event ❤️❤️❤️

HUGE thank you to everyone who came along to join in the fun 🍾🎉 a brilliant time was had by all, enjoying our summer theme with Fiona the flamingo 🦩, sweets 🍭 garlands 🌸 and of course, blowers 🎉

It looks like a brilliant amount was raised to help the kitties in our care. We are still totalling it up.
