Wolverhampton Bike Shed The bike shed is a community based bicycle recycling and repair non profit club. For a small charge, our volunteer mechanics will fix your bike!

All our volunteers are fully trained cycle mechanics and are CRB cleared. We are supported by the public donations of both cash, bikes, bike parts and tools. We work on old donated bikes and try to return them to serviceable condition. We then offer them to the public for a donation to club funds, which is essential to keep generating cash so we can purchase consumable parts, like tyres, brake pa

ds and cables. On every other Saturday morning we operate a drop in bike repair service that we provide for free. Many of the parts we fit are recycled; they have been removed from bikes that are beyond repair, checked for serviceability and put on the shelf ready for re-use. Some of the bikes are used for bike polo, which we play when we are not too busy; we are always looking for other players to join in. Anybody is welcome to join us and have their bike serviced, checked over or repaired. The only restriction we have is time. At the moment there are only 2 volunteer bike mechanics so we are only open every other Saturday. However, we can collect donations any evening to suit you.
