If you already have solid sewing experience and want to refine your dressmaking skills, this advanced course is perfectfor you.

Led by our expert tutor Gillian, you’ll focus on garment construction techniques, achieving a professional finish, and developing greater confidence in making and fitting clothing.

Sanitary Products Now Available at The Cowshed! 🌸❤️

A massive thank you to the wonderful and her fabulous Autumn Style Event, which raised an incredible £660 to help tackle period poverty! 💕

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported such a fantastic evening.

Thanks to this generous donation, we're delighted to now have a dedicated sanitary product area in the entrance lobby at The Cowshed.

Anyone who needs period products is welcome to pop in, pick up one of our lovely handmade bags and help themselves to what they need. There's no need to ring the bell or ask permission. Simply take what you need, leaving enough for others too. 💗

Period products are an essential, not a luxury, yet their cost can be a real struggle. Nobody should have to go without or feel embarrassed about asking for help.

We're so pleased to be able to offer this extra support to our community. ❤️

We’re looking for donations of trainers of all ages and sizes. If you have any trainers in good condition that you no longer need, we’d be so grateful for your donations.

You can drop donations to our Donation Centre during opening hours:

Upcoming Mother's Coffee Morning at The Cowshed ☕👩‍🍼

Are you expecting a baby or a new mum?

We'd love to welcome you to our next free Mothers' Coffee Morning on Thursday 22nd October, hosted in partnership with Royal Berkshire Maternity Services and the Royal Berkshire Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership. ☕💛

Join us for a relaxed and friendly morning with plenty of coffee, cake and the chance to meet other mums, share experiences and chat with NHS maternity and health professionals.

This month, we'll be keeping things informal with an open Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get advice and support on all things pregnancy, babies and motherhood.

We'd also love to hear your ideas! We're planning our coffee mornings for next year and would really value your thoughts on the topics, activities and support you'd find most helpful. This is your chance to help shape our future sessions!

Babies and children are very welcome, and everyone attending will receive a free goody bag with some lovely treats for you and your baby. 🎁
