That's a wrap!! Thank-you to everyone who ignored the forecast and joined today - the weather was much kinder than anticipated!! 😊

It's been a wonderful season and we very much hope to be back in the park in 2027. In the meantime, Jill and I are moving your Sunday yoga slot indoors with Wokingham Community Yoga

As our wonderful Park Yoga Wokingham 2026 season draws to a close, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined me and made it so special

While our outdoor sessions are wrapping up, there are still plenty of ways to keep your practice glowing all through autumn and winter!

Whether you want to build strength, find some quiet restore time, or connect with a lovely community, I’d love to welcome you to a class or retreat soon.

Right everyone, we need to start our sun salutations today!! Hopefully the clouds will clear or, at the very least, the rain will be light. As long as it's not bucketing down we'll do our very best to run the session. As I tell the kids, we won't dissolve 😉. This Sunday is our last Park Yoga session of the 2026 season! 😭😭 I know right, how has it come round so fast?! But let's go out in style!! Whether you're a regular, you dip in and out, or you keep meaning to pop along but haven't yet made it, this Sunday is your time!! Your time to relax, to soften, to strengthen, to laugh, to connect with nature, to connect with one another and to connect with yourself. I can't wait to see you on the mat (or picnic blanket - whatever works for you 😉) and have one more fabulous session in Wokingham's finest outdoor yoga studio! 🙏🏼🧘🏽‍♂️🌳🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏼

It was great to see you all this morning and I can't believe next Sunday is the final Park Yoga Wokingham 2026 session 🌳🌳🙏 - I've loved sharing my Sunday mornings with you all!
