Nothing keeps a bonfire build burning bright like a well-earned tea break! 😄 Our amazing volunteers have been hard at work on Bonfire 2.0, so it’s time to recharge with a cuppa (or three!). 🍵💪

A massive thank you to everyone who’s turned out so far — your hard work, laughter, and community spirit are what make the Ripley Bonfire truly special.

The build is well underway, and things are really taking shape! 💪 Our Bonfire 2.0 is rising fast thanks to the incredible hard work and spirit of our amazing volunteers.

It’s fantastic to see everyone coming together once again — the teamwork, laughter, and dedication are what make the Ripley Bonfire so special.

There’s still plenty to do, but great progress is being made, and this year’s 70th Anniversary Bonfire is shaping up to be something truly spectacular! 🎆

The Ripley community is out in full force once again — rolling up sleeves, stacking wood, and bringing the heat to make sure this year’s 70th Anniversary Ripley Bonfire is the best one yet! 🎆

🔥 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – RIPLEY BONFIRE 2025 🔥

Last night, tragedy struck when Ripley Bonfire was burned to the ground.

But in true Ripley spirit, our incredible community has turned heartbreak into hope. Within just an hour of the news breaking this morning, we received enough donations of materials to rebuild the Bonfire — an extraordinary testament to the strength and generosity of our village. 💛

Now, we need your helping hands.
We’re calling for volunteers to come together and help us rebuild the Bonfire this Thursday (23rd Oct) from 8am, continuing into Friday if needed.

This year is especially important — it’s our 70th Anniversary, and every penny raised goes to charity. Let’s make sure Ripley’s proud tradition continues to burn bright, stronger than ever.

We’re truly overwhelmed by the outpouring of support — thank you to everyone who’s donated materials. We have enough supplies, but what we need now is the workforce to bring the Bonfire back to life.

Together, we can make sure that nothing dims Ripley’s flame. 🔥💪

This year marks a spectacular milestone – 70 years of the Ripley Bonfire, and we’re pulling out all the stops to make it a blazing success!

📅 Date: 25/10/2025
📍 Location: Ripley Green, Surrey

✨ What’s in store?
🎡 A buzzing funfair to kick off the evening – guaranteed to be a wheel-y good time!
🔥 The iconic torchlight procession through the village – let’s light up the night together!
🔥 The grand bonfire lighting – bigger, brighter, and sure to spark plenty of excitement
🎆 An extra-special firework display to celebrate 70 years in style – expect a bang-er of a show. Thanks to our friends at Dynamic Fireworks.

Grab your friends, wrap up warm, and join us for a night of tradition, community, and unforgettable memories under the autumn sky. It’s going to be lit! 🔥
