This campaign is so needed to provide sanitation for the nurses and patients.
We are working alongside the Methodist church Gambia medical board to make it happen in 2026

The picture shows the building in full sunshine.
Inside is a different story, it requires a serious overhaul, water comes from a hand pump outside a toilet is using one across the road in a village.
On a hot day the nurses surgery is hot and stuffy.
The nurses work a very long day serving the community and beyond
Please consider a small donation to help us improve these facilities for the patient and the nurses
