Combe Mill

Combe Mill Our next Steaming Day is on Sunday 20th September with the Theme of Crafts and Skills. Pre-Booked Blacksmith & Woodturning Experiences are hosted on Wednesday.

The Mill is open Non Steaming every Wednesday for Self Guided Tours together with the Tea Room. Combe Mill was once the steam and water powered sawmill and workshops serving the Blenheim Palace Estate. No longer a sawmill but the Beam Engine still operates and our volunteers have restored some woodworking machinery to working order. Our blacksmiths' forge is regularly lit to allow volunteers and v

isitors to try their hand at making something. We are open Non- Steaming on every Wednesday until the end of October for self guided tours. On Wednesdays throughout the season, our Volunteers in the Tea Room will be selling light snacks and drinks which can be enjoyed in the Tea Room or the Picnic Area beside the River Evenlode. Our monthly Steaming Events for 2024 will be on the Third Sunday of the Month until 20th October with various themes, please see the posts on this page or our website www.combemill.org for details.
