Withernsea Fitmums & Friends is part of an amazing network of Clubs which started quite unintentionally in 2009 by a mum in an East Yorkshire village. She was missing the chance to make friends in the playground at her sons school due to working full time and so decided to see if any of the parents fancied a run. Five mums turned up that first night and it proved to be the start of a quite incredi

ble journey. Fitmums has now spread to South & North Yorkshire too thanks to the work of an amazing team of volunteers passionate to help others become more active and feel more connected.
