• Kim (F, playing age 20s–40s) – a lively, warm-hearted co-host with comic flair and big energy
• Jim (M, playing age 20s–40s) – a cheeky, quick-witted co-host who brings humour and heart to the tent
The Bakers
• Ben (M, playing age 30s–40s) – a gentle widowed dad baking in memory of his wife and for his daughter
• Hassan (M, playing age 17) – a spirited young Syrian refugee baking with instinct, heart and optimism
• Russell (M, playing age 50s–60s) – a meticulous engineer applying science and precision to baking
• Dezza (M, playing age late 20s–30s) – a quirky vegan activist with unconventional ideas and comic energy
• Gemma (F, playing age 30s–40s) – a kind but self-doubting carer whose confidence grows through the competition
• Izzy (F, playing age 21) – a fiercely ambitious Cambridge student determined to win at any cost
• Babs (F, playing age 60s) – a bold, funny East End grandmother with attitude and a cheeky
• Francesca (F, playing age 30s) – a warm Italian teacher using baking to navigate personal grief role
• Lily (F, playing age 9–10) – Ben’s wise and loving daughter, the emotional heart of his journey
