We have a number of exciting events coming up over the next few weeks, including:

🎲 Board Game Bonanza – Our regular Tuesday evening sessions, a great opportunity to relax, have fun, and connect with others.

🎨 Pottery Painting at Crafty Bear – A creative and enjoyable session for all abilities. Please note that this is a ticketed paid event, and spaces are limited.

☕ Coffee & Chat – Join us for a friendly and informal get-together over a hot drink and good conversation.

Join us for an evening of games, laughter, milkshakes, and meeting new people aged 16–30 in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Whether you're a board game expert, a casual player, or just fancy coming along for a chat and a smoothie, there's a place for you at Board Game Bonanza.

Are you aged 16–30 and looking for a way to meet other young adults? Then why not join us for a relaxed evening of pottery painting, delicious cake (the first one's on us 😉), drinks, and the chance to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.

A whole generation is growing up with the world in their hands through a screen. Phones, notifications, scrolling, comparison, pressure to always be online… it’s become normal to look down more than we look up.

And whilst social media can connect us, it can also disconnect us from the real moments happening around us.

The sunsets.
The conversations.
The laughter at the table.
The walk with no headphones in.
The people right in front of us.

This is the world young people are growing up in — and that’s why it’s more important than ever to encourage balance.

Take breaks from socials.
Put your phone away for an hour.
Go outside.

We’ve become such a go, go, go nation that many of us feel guilty for slowing down. We celebrate being busy, overworked, and constantly available — but rarely talk about how important rest really is.

The truth is, rest helps us think clearer, recover better, regulate our emotions, and show up more fully for the people and things we care about.

Rest is not falling behind.
Rest is not laziness.
Rest is part of being human.

Join us for a relaxed evening of baking, chatting, and meeting new people with travelling Italian baker Giovanni Di Sarno as he teaches us how to create fresh homemade bagels from start to finish.

Hosted by Popcorn, this workshop is all about good food, good vibes, and bringing people together. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love baking, come along, get hands-on, and leave with delicious bagels (and hopefully some new friends too 🤝)

Come along to our Board Games Evening at Edda Café in Witham, running 7–9pm every 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Expect a laid-back evening full of laughs, games, and easy conversation whether you’re competitive or just in it for the social vibes. Come solo or bring a friend, grab a drink, and settle in with a great group of people your age.
