Great result tonight for the boys from 2/7 Wishaw at the Wishaw & District Battalion Boys’ Brigade presentation of awards.

Battalion champions for session 25-26! Well done boys, deserved success for your hard work this session.

Also pleased to see our seven Presidents Badge and four Kings Badge recipients acknowledged by the Battalion. Also well done to our Junior Section gold achievement recipients.

Congratulations to all the boys across the Battalion for their individual and Company achievements throughout the year.

1st Overtown Company

It was the Scottish finals today for the BB national 5’s and unfortunately our junior company boys didn’t qualify for the UK finals. The games were very close and it was tight margins. Hard luck lads but we’ll be back next year.
However….our senior boys won every game and our now SCOTTISH CHAMPIONS!
Many congratulations lads, an amazing achievement and we qualify for the UK finals in Nottingham. So proud of all the boys today.
Connar McLeod was also in the team but had to leave sharp for work.

!! QUIZ NIGHT !!

It is with great pleasure that I can advise that we have a quiz night planned for Friday 21st November at Carluke Bowling Club. Doors will open at 7pm with the quiz starting at 7.30pm. The cost of entering a team of 4 people will be £10.

As usual, donations of raffle prizes will be very gratefully received.

1st Overtown Company

It was the first round of the national senior 5-asides today and our boys won every game handsomely, topped the group and progress on to the next round. Congratulations lads you played some great football and a massive thank you to Katy McLeod for helping me get the boys through to Dunblane and back. — at The Dunblane Centre.
