This November is the centenary of John Gordon. A former pupil of Wisech Grammar School https://www.facebook.com/share/1B2faPZoEF/ after serving in the RN he became a journalist for a local paper ( Standard and Fenland Citizen?) . An autobiography covers his years in the fens.
