Fantastic to see community groups, Miss Kirsty's Performers school and the sewing Club run by Tamii Cuevas, have been brought together through our community centre to collaborate on a project!

Special things are happening at MKP ✨

Today our preteens were buzzing with excitement during their costume fitting! We are so lucky to have the wonderful Sewing Club at the Ladyholme Centre creating beautiful costumes inspired by different countries for our dancers.

The dancers absolutely loved their Austrian-inspired skirts — they’re not quite finished yet, but we already love them! 🇦🇹💃

A huge thank you to the lovely Sewing Club and to Tamii for coming to check all the sizings. We truly appreciate all your hard work, time, and creativity ❤️

🌿 Exciting News for Our Community! 🌿

We’re delighted to share that St Mary’s Hospice will be joining us at The Ladyholme Centre starting January 2026! 💚

Every week, St Mary’s will be hosting a Compassionate Café – a welcoming space for anyone in the community to come together for a friendly chat, a cuppa, and some support. ☕💬

In addition, there will be monthly Wellbeing Sessions, offering practical advice, gentle activities, and a chance to connect with others in a caring, supportive environment.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the people of Windermere and the surrounding areas to access valuable wellbeing support right here in our community. 🌈

We can’t wait to welcome St Mary’s Hospice and see the positive difference these sessions will bring!

🧘‍♀️✨ Children’s Yoga & Wellbeing – Coming This December! ✨🧘‍♂️

After the huge success of our first Children’s Yoga session — “Pumpkins and Poses” — in October 🎃, we’re thrilled to announce that the wonderful Kate will be back for another fun-filled Yoga and Wellbeing session this December! 💫

These sessions are a fantastic way for children to relax, move, and explore mindfulness in a playful, supportive space. 🌈💛
