WARHAMMER 40K NARRATIVE EVENT

Hammerers,

Our friends at Mythic Tabletop Games are hosting a whole day of immersive, narrative wargaming on Saturday 30th of May!
📍 Wi******er Royal Hotel

The War of the Bleeding Sun pits 84 players in battles across seven unique worlds of the Dashanta System, each with its own special rules and strategic importance.

With the (non-canon) scene set by local Black Library author: Neil Andrew Miller, the event at the Wi******er hotel promises to be an epic day of wargaming in a friendly and non-competitive environment.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Old worlds doubles event last Saturday, it was great fun to run and I hope everyone had a fantastic time.

The best generals where Daniel and Oliver with their mix of fast bretonian cavalry and solid dwarven infantry, they had a solid decisive victory in each of the 3 games they played

The best painted award went to Neil with his incredibly whimsical gnome/night goblin army,

What About Elevenses? MESBG Event 30th November.

Last Sunday, Hammerers Rich and Ben hosted the event ‘What About Elevenses?’ A middle earth strategy battle game GBHL 80 point tournament.

The event saw 22 players battle it out over 4 550 point games through the course of the day, with players attending from all over the South. Despite a good showing from Hammerers players, none made the podium unfortunately! However a good day was had by all.

Look out soon for our 2026 event schedule for MESBG, with 4 GBHL tournaments planned already, as well as in club events through the year.

We’ve had a fantastic day launching our latest Age of Sigmar narrative campaign, this time from the Ravaged Coast supplement!

Conceived, curated and expertly compared on the day by Andrew, alongside Matthew- ten of our generals got three great games in each as they began their ‘path’……

Not only that, there’s even a dedicated blog site that our warlords have shared their backgrounds & battles for all our Hammerers to enjoy!

Great mix of games tonight, from 40k, aos, ow to mesbg, mordhiem and necromundea

We had the launch of our new necromundea campaign "Rise of the four armed Emperor" an uprising campaign that pits genestealer and malstrain gangs in a struggle to take over a hive city and infect it's inhabitants with the genestealer plague,

Club Night: 5th November.

Another busy one tonight! Great to see some cool games and armies out across 40K, AoS, OW, MESBG and Blood Bowl.

We also supported the first session of a Lord of the Rings RPG event this evening. Although not a public event for the club, if members want to organise RPG sessions etc, speak to the committee and we can assist in booking rooms and organising DM's etc!
