Three huge cheers for Paul who scaled Yorkshire’s three highest peaks and hiked 24km less than a year after his life-saving liver transplant. He raised nearly £1700 for Liver UK too. Paul’s achievement is even more remarkable for the fact that he was so seriously ill before the transplant that his family had been called in to say their final goodbyes.

What a wonderful time we had at the Transplant Games last weekend! We were so proud to cheer on and congratulate so many medal winners but most of all just to meet you all. A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to come and say hello. It was wonderful to catch up with so many of you and we look forward to seeing you in Birmingham next summer!
