After a Summer break, we’re looking forward to welcoming families back to our weekly sessions held in The Nest at The Balsam Centre from Friday 4 September.

The Nest is a warm, relaxed space for parents, carers and little ones aged 0–5 to play, explore and spend time together. 💛

✨ NEW for Tuesdays — Explore ’n’ Messy Play! Starts 7 September
Come along from 1:30–3:00pm and enjoy a variety of messy and creative play activities together. Expect plenty of exploring, squishing, creating and, of course, a little bit of mess! 🎨🖐️

We’ll also have:
🤗 Mums for Mums Nurture Group (Wednesday) This is a referral only group, but please get in touch if you think you and your little one would benefit from attending.
💚 Healthy Little Ones – (Thursday 10:30am–12:00pm), with breastfeeding peer support
🌱 Explore & Play – (Friday, 9:30–11:00am)
👶 Explore & Play Baby – (Friday, 1:00–2:00pm) for little ones 0–18 months

Need breastfeeding support in the summer holidays? Come and see us, we are open!
Mondays from 10:30-12:00 in the Nest at The Balsam Centre.
Including 27th July, 3rd, 10th,17th and 24th August.

Please note: On the 3rd of September our peer supporters are permanently moving to the Healthy Little Ones Group run by the health visitors on Thursdays. Same hours, same location, just a different day of the week. 😘

We are moving! From September 3rd and onwards, you will find our peer supporters at the Nest on Thursdays instead of Mondays. Still at the usual time of 10:30-12:00. We are forming part of the Healthy Little Ones group run by the Health Visitors at The Balsam Centre. No need to book, just drop in.

We are open every week except bank holidays! Drop in between 10:30 and 12 on Mondays at The Balsam Centre. We have trained peer supporters to support you at every stage of your breastfeeding journey 🤱👩‍🍼🩷

Pop in to see one of our trained breastfeeding peer supporters and meet some other mums. Always free and always non-judgemental. Plenty of free parking nearby. No need to book, just turn up 🙂
